Information efficiency

The processing and exchange of information determines the quality of our cooperation with the clients. Both of these processes are efficient if the related amount of work is as little as possible. Information efficiency aims exactly at this: an efficient handling of information means keeping as small as possible productivity loss through redundancy, communication problems, unnecessary complexity or long search paths. Information efficiency becomes a process-oriented competitive advantage for us and our clients.

Example 1: Language

FIn our company contact persons are available for companies in the German-French speaking region of the EU who professionally assist you in the respective language of the country. In this way you can easily overcome language barriers.

Example 2: Communication channels

In-house data processing is always carried out by us electronically. You therefore receive our products in electronic format as a standard, usually as email, if required encrypted and digitally signed. For better results regular reporting should run via our secured client area (available in spring 2007), to keep search times short. And for discussing digital products an external meeting does not necessarily have to be arranged: Online conferencing helps to save time and money.
